Welcome to Fine Point Transaction Management!
Building this company has been an absolute pleasure and privilege. It is my sincere hope—and the chief purpose of this company—to help real estate agents in our valley take their businesses to new heights.
I grew up a daughter of two business owners, and I’ve seen the struggles and felt the heartaches. I’ve also seen the joys and the impacts a small business can make. I’ve developed a deep respect for what small business does for our community, and for individual families. I am deeply passionate about the success of small businesses and their owners, and I have an unending respect for the challenges they take on, day after day. My hope is that passion and respect will be reflected in all that Fine Point Transaction Management does.
Our industry—the real estate industry—is one of the most unique, dynamic, ever-changing industries in the world. What is today will not be tomorrow. It is our responsibility to provide the continuity, stability and professionalism that wouldn’t exist without us and our commitment to our clients. My vision is that Fine Point can play a small part in providing that, by partnering with agents who wish to offer their clients nothing but the best.
More and more our world wants to transition from face-to-face experiences to electronic, computer-based experiences. “Just click a button and get ____________!” You’ve heard that advertisement, right?
We buy our gifts, our groceries, and our gadgets online. We take a picture to deposit our checks, and we rent our movies on our TVs. We favor convenience so much that we've begun to edge out human interaction, and value the computer more than the human brain. Can’t we do it all with a computer? With the click of a button?
I believe the answer is a resounding, “No!”
Software cannot advocate for your clients. It cannot understand their wants and needs, their goals and dreams. Software cannot network with other agents in your office to find the perfect home before it hits the market. Software cannot sit at the closing table and look into your clients tear-filled eyes and understand the joy behind those tears.
In the same way your clients and customers have Zillow and Rocket Mortgage, you have transaction management software on your PC. But there is no replacement for the human component of doing business.
You, my dear small business owner, are irreplaceable. And I’ve created a company that I dream of being one of the irreplaceable human elements of your world; of your business. I look forward to the opportunity to grow with you and serve our community at the highest level, together.
